About Catch Creation

Catch Creation is a global eCommerce company built for the digital age. We create, grow, and manage online brands that inspire customers and deliver real value through exceptional products and experiences. Our team thrives in a fully remote environment, combining creativity, data-driven strategy, and innovation to build scalable eCommerce solutions that perform.

From concept to conversion, we specialize in developing brands that stand out in competitive markets—driven by a passion for design, storytelling, and customer satisfaction. Every product we launch reflects our commitment to quality, authenticity, and growth.

At Catch Creation, we believe great ideas can come from anywhere—and our remote-first culture allows talented people from around the world to collaborate, innovate, and bring those ideas to life.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain custom Shopify Plus theme and backend customizations (Liquid, Shopify APIs, checkout extensibility)
  • Develop and improve internal tools, dashboards, and reporting systems that help our marketing and operations teams make faster decisions
  • Own API integrations between Shopify, 3PL providers, marketplaces, analytics platforms (e.g., Northbeam), and other third-party services
  • Design and maintain data pipelines that consolidate performance data across ad platforms, fulfillment systems, and sales channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across our e-commerce stack
  • Collaborate directly with marketing, creative, and operations leads to scope and prioritize projects based on business impact

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Strong proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; backend experience in Python, Node.js, or similar)
  • Experience building or working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, small-team environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Based in South America with reliable internet and availability during US business hours (EST overlap preferred)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus (Liquid templating, Storefront/Admin APIs, Flow, Scripts)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools or building custom dashboards
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, or working with platforms like BigQuery, Google Sheets API, or similar
  • Background in e-commerce operations, fulfillment integrations, or marketplace APIs (Amazon SP-API, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI/automation tooling or workflows

Why Catch Creation?

  • Real ownership. You won't be buried in a backlog. You'll work directly with leadership to identify high-impact projects and ship them.
  • Growth stage. We're scaling fast across channels and markets — there's no shortage of interesting problems to solve.
  • Flexible remote work. Work from anywhere in South America with schedule flexibility, as long as there's meaningful overlap with the US team.
  • Competitive compensation. We pay fairly relative to experience and adjust for seniority — this role is open to both junior developers ready to grow and senior developers looking for autonomy.

How to Apply

Submit your resume and a brief note (2–3 sentences is fine) on one of the following: a technical project you're proud of, your experience with Shopify or API integrations, or why this role interests you. Portfolio or GitHub links are welcome but not required.
