As our Web Designer/Developer, you will own the end-to-end design and development of our website and digital marketing assets. You'll translate ideas into tangible designs, creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and then bring them to life by building and maintaining responsive, high-performing pages and experiences in Webflow. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and deploy compelling visuals for paid media campaigns, social channels, and other key initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence across all digital touchpoints.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and platforms.
  • Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and SEO.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer with at least 3 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Webflow and Figma.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in a startup or fintech environment.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
