Overview
We are seeking a Web Content & Rebrand Migration Specialist for a five-week engagement to support an active rebranding and website migration initiative. This individual will help coordinate and execute the transition of web content to the newly branded digital experience. This is a short-term, 1099 contract, remote consulting role for 5 weeks. Qualified candidates must live and work in the United States and must be fully authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship. We do not offer Corp to Corp.
Requirements
- Support the website migration and rebranding process over a five-week project timeline.
- Migrate, update, and organize content across web pages.
- Review and edit website copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with the new brand.
- Work within a CMS or web publishing platform to make basic content and page updates.
- Coordinate with design, creative, marketing, and digital teams throughout the migration.
- Perform QA on migrated pages, including copy, formatting, links, imagery, and overall presentation.
- Identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and migration issues and work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve them.
- Track migration activities and ensure content deliverables remain on schedule.
- Communicate project status, questions, and potential risks clearly to stakeholders.
- Support additional digital content and rebrand activities as needed throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience with web content, website administration, digital content, or website migration projects.
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Good foundational web skills and familiarity with CMS platforms and web publishing.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly review and manage a high volume of digital content.
- Comfortable working across creative, design, marketing, and technical teams.
- Experience supporting a website redesign, rebrand, or content migration is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and deliver against an accelerated five-week timeline.
Compensation
Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 5-week consulting engagement on a 1099 contract role, $70-$80/hourly pay. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
