Location: Remote; Must be based in the United States
Salary: $55-$65 per hour
Job Type: You will work part-time (approximately 15 - 20 hours per week). This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension depending on business need.
Responsibilities
- Utilize UI design and front-end development skills to support a rolling refresh of Terraformation’s webflow websites, creating the visual and messaging hierarchy aligned with evolving campaigns.
- Support ongoing website messaging and visual updates, including prototyping and refining content for Terraformation.com’s core landing pages.
- Provide strategic communications and narrative support across Terraformation’s digital, presentation, and campaign materials to ensure clarity, cohesion, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Design, edit, and refine keystone slide decks and presentation materials in close collaboration with internal stakeholders to effectively communicate mission, projects, and strategy.
- Create short-form video content from existing photo and video assets to support storytelling, engagement, and campaign amplification.
- Prototype and test messaging concepts through social media posts and digital content to inform broader brand and web initiatives.
- Design a variety of branded materials such as flyers, posters, and campaign collateral for events, outreach, and partnerships.
- Develop images and graphics for social media, newsletters, and digital banners that reinforce brand consistency and message clarity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media/Interactive Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, digital communications, or related fields, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and executional work.
- 2+ years of experience designing and maintaining Webflow websites.
- Familiarity with web/UI design principles; front-end development experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and presentation software.
- Demonstrated experience designing presentations, digital campaigns, and brand-forward assets for external audiences.
- Experience with video editing tools and short-form digital content creation.
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals and narratives.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across channels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
