We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and development‑focused Wealth Sales & Service Development Consultant to support our Wealth business. In this role, you will lead key aspects of new‑hire training with a strong emphasis on systems proficiency, product knowledge, and operational readiness for financial advisors and relationship managers.

You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering effective learning experiences by partnering closely with our external training provider, Accenture, and aligning programs with internal capability strategies and business priorities. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Wealth professional who is passionate about building advisor capability, elevating performance, and supporting a culture of continuous development.

Primary Responsibilities

Curriculum & Program Development

  • Assess current practice management, systems usage, and operational capabilities across Wealth business units.
  • Identify capability gaps and opportunities to enhance advisor and team performance.
  • Design and oversee learning curricula, training programs, and development pathways tailored to role and segment needs.
  • Partner with Accenture and internal stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant, consistent, and high‑impact.
  • Integrate digital learning tools and platforms to support accessibility, scalability, and learner engagement.

Facilitation & Coaching

  • Lead systems, product, and operational training to ensure advisor proficiency, including CRM (Salesforce) and account‑opening/maintenance processes.
  • Deliver targeted training sessions, workshops, and coaching engagements aligned to business needs.
  • Support advisors and teams in adopting best practices and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders and frontline Wealth professionals.

Third‑Party Partnership Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with Accenture, ensuring alignment between business priorities and program delivery.
  • Translate internal strategies and needs into clear program requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of externally delivered programs and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Measurement & Impact

  • Define KPIs and success measures for capability and training initiatives.
  • Track program outcomes, incorporate feedback, and refine content based on performance data.
  • Present insights, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or related financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience in practice management, training delivery, or capability development.
  • Experience partnering with external learning and development providers.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills; formal coaching or adult‑learning certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong execution discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of advisor workflows, client engagement models, and operational systems, including advanced Salesforce expertise.
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional partners and lead change efforts.
  • Strong passion for talent development and supporting a learning‑centric culture.
  • Demonstrated record of stable and successful work history.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • M-F: 8 AM ET - 5 PM ET 
  • 100% in office until fully trained then potential hybrid 4 days in office 1 day work from home


Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $120K - $150K per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
