Wealth Project Manager
The Wealth Project Manager serves as a strategic delivery partner across the Wealth organization, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to enable, govern, and execute enterprise‑level strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for driving disciplined program execution, establishing strong governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment to long‑term business priorities in a highly regulated environment.
The Wealth Project Manager plays a critical role in translating strategy into action through thoughtful program design, scalable process enablement, and proactive stakeholder engagement. In addition, this role provides centralized oversight of Wealth‑sponsored events to ensure consistent, compliant, and high‑quality execution that reflects enterprise standards, regulatory expectations, and business objectives.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Enable and support the planning, coordination, tracking, and execution of enterprise‑level strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment to long‑term Wealth and firmwide priorities.
- Design, enhance, and scale programs, processes, and workflows that improve operational clarity, execution discipline, transparency, and consistency across initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong governance practices by partnering closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and other control teams to ensure regulatory alignment and risk‑aware execution.
- Serve as a central point of coordination across business and functional partners to facilitate decision‑making, manage dependencies, and proactively address execution risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting and dashboards to track operational, financial, and performance metrics, enabling effective oversight, leadership visibility, and data‑driven decision making.
- Provide end‑to‑end oversight of Wealth‑sponsored events, including planning, vendor and partner coordination, compliance review, execution monitoring, and post‑event evaluation.
- Ensure all Wealth‑sponsored events are executed in accordance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards while delivering a strong, consistent stakeholder experience.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving standardization and process optimization to enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution quality across programs and events..
Required Skills & Capabilities
- Experience supporting or leading strategic initiatives, programs, or portfolios within complex, highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated strength in program and project management, including process design, execution oversight, risk management, and governance discipline.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners, including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and senior business leaders.
- Strong written, verbal, and executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and engage senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking operational metrics, budgets, financial impacts, and performance outcomes.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sound risk judgment, and a consistent commitment to regulatory compliance and execution excellence.
- FINRA Licenses Preferred (FINRA S7, S66, S63/S65)
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA); advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
