As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will support clients in optimizing investment operations, improving client experiences, and aligning technology with business goals. You’ll gather and analyze requirements, map current and future state processes, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and facilitate the successful execution of program timelines and milestones
- Collaborate with internal and external contributors to build a client specific co-delivery plan while adhering to implantation processes
- Actively track all activities and their status; accountable for critical project deadlines and tasks
- Proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide project updates and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Prepare work schedule and timelines with the customer and the extended team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Analyze and map current vs. future state processes related to investment management, client onboarding, portfolio accounting, regulatory reporting, etc.
- Support implementation of digital transformation initiatives, platform migrations, and data strategy projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and product.
- Assist in defining KPIs, use cases, and user stories for system enhancements or new solution rollouts.

- 5+ years of project management, business analyst experience
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teams
- Ability work in a fast-paced environment while following best practice and company process
- Highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development and technology
- Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills
- Excellent people and presentation skills
- Financial Industry experience, Wealth & Asset Management is preferred
