Shape product innovation and transformation for tomorrow’s wealth managers

The Role
Capco is looking for a Wealth Management Product Owner to support the design, development, and transformation of market-leading product propositions. Working with private banks and wealth managers, you’ll lead initiatives that span the full product lifecycle—from regulatory design and onboarding to client experience and platform implementation. This role is suited to individuals with deep domain knowledge and a passion for end-to-end change delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new product and proposition design across asset classes and balance sheet products.

  • Lead engagements related to operating models, digital experience, and platform transformation.

  • Contribute to reviews of operational efficiency, outsourcing, risk frameworks, and compliance.

  • Guide product development, approval processes, documentation, and capital/risk structures.

  • Collaborate with clients on strategy through to solution implementation and delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in product ownership within Wealth Management.

  • Background in transformation, with experience across both client and product lifecycle stages.

  • Knowledge of regulated advice, onboarding, asset financing, and portfolio-related processes.

  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and operational frameworks.

  • Ability to connect strategy, operations, and technology in fast-paced environments.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with risk remediation, anti-financial crime models, or control frameworks.

  • Involvement in digital initiatives or business architecture projects.

  • Prior work with core platform selection and implementation.

  • Track record in business development or contributing to internal initiatives.

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or IMC.
