Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.

Role Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Salary: $90,000-$105,000 per year + eligible for variable sales incentive bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including skills, securities registrations, years of experience, and continuing education.

Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to be part of a new advisory team launch backed by the strength and reputation of Osaic Wealth.   As an employee registered Wealth Consultant, you are responsible for the service, retention, sales and the development of our unassigned house account customers.  Expectations will be that our employee registered Wealth Consultant will deepen client relationship through regular and quarterback the customer relationship utilizing our array of resources for support.
 

Education Requirements:

  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63 and 65/66 and  insurance licenses are required

  • Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma or GED equivalent (minimum required) with 5 year or more years of experience in financial services 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of our employee Wealth Consultant phone-based team, delivering point-in-time financial advice and building strong customer–advisor relationships with existing clients. You will receive qualified leads from our service center teams, as well as assigned customer accounts.

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and risk capacity to help clients make informed investment decisions based on their individual financial situations. Demonstrate the ability to implement advanced strategies within retail accounts, including retirement income planning and wealth‑accumulation strategies. Primary clientele will be within the mass affluent segment of Osaic’s house account business.

  • Maintain and apply deep expertise across financial securities, investments, insurance, and related planning areas to provide timely and ongoing guidance and advice. Achieve monthly sales and production targets in alignment with business goals.

  • Manage ongoing client relationships, including acting as an Investment Advisor Representative when appropriate. Performance will be assessed through customer satisfaction and asset retention metrics.

  • Assist clients in the seamless opening, transition, and funding of their investment accounts, ensuring smooth and professional experience.

Requirements:

  • Wealth Consultants will show strong sales and customer relationship experience, a full understanding of accumulation and decumulation planning, full adherence to SEC/FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards (including delivery of service against those standards) and will be dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience with every customer interaction

  • 3+ years of Financial Services experience, preferably in phone and/or sales roles

  • Deliver superior customer experience in a professional manner while assisting customers in their decision-making process

  • Achieving monthly sales and productivity targets

  • Adhere to the highest levels of integrity and professional conduct

  • Participate in training and coaching development programs designed to enhance skills and provide opportunities for advancement

  • Share successful customer engagement experiences and process improvement ideas in a team environment
