- Lead Post-Merger Talent Acquisition Integration: Unify recruiting practices across the Calabrio and Verint organizations, establishing consistent hiring standards, processes, and systems.
- Elevate Recruiting Excellence: Implement best-in-class recruiting practices including structured interviewing, high-quality candidate experience, and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Strengthen Employer Brand: Position the company as an employer of choice within the SaaS and technology community through strong talent branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- Build a High-Performing Recruiting Team: Lead and develop a global team of recruiters and recruiting operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Define and operationalize global recruiting KPIs, analytics, and standardized executive reporting to enable consistent, data‑driven oversight of Talent Acquisition performance.
What success looks like Within the first 12–18 months, success will include:
- A scalable, globally aligned talent acquisition function that works as one team
- Strong results for all hires proven by data driven metrics to manage expectations of all stakeholders
- Outstanding metrics for time-to-hire, quality-of-hires, and candidates experience
- A consistent and disciplined hiring approach across the combined organization
- A recruiting organization capable of supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy
What We’re Looking for
- Extensive Global TA experience, including senior leadership roles in SaaS or technology companies
- Proven success building and scaling global recruiting teams
- Strong experience hiring technical and sales talent (engineering, product, and GTM) at scale and expansion in India
- Track record of leading recruiting functions during periods of rapid growth and transformation
- Experience successfully partnering with executive leadership and HRBPs on workforce planning and talent strategy
- Strong operational discipline and experience building data-driven recruiting organizations
- Ability to influence and align senior leaders in complex organizations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data Driven approach with extensive experience in KPI reporting, analytics and dashboards
- Experience operationalizing recruiting KPIs and analytics with standardized executive reporting.
