A Crypto wallet security infrastructure provider are looking for a VP of Solutions Engineering
They develop the most secure wallet-as-a-service infrastructure in Web3 : an API-first wallet management system, ideal for applications and organizations seeking to provide secure access to all blockchains through a single integration). APIs and SDKs were designed for wallet programmability and efficient implementations, enabling fast deployments, smart automation flows, as well as granular sets of permissions and policies via secure authentication credentials. They are on the way to become the leading wallet infrastructure for the multi-trillion-dollar digital asset industry.
The company is SOC-2 certified, employs 30 people across 6 countries and has raised over $20M since creation with prestigious investors. Their solution is used and trusted by major international corporations.
- You’ll design integrations for complex legacy systems, guide clients through deployment, and offer end-to-end technical support.
- You’ll pair deep technical expertise with strong client-facing skills, serving as an advisor to CTOs, architects, and engineering teams at banks, fintechs, and enterprises.
- You’ll design tailored solutions, deliver technical proposals, and drive adoption via troubleshooting, clear docs, and tight collaboration with engineering, security, and product.
- You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success, equally comfortable whiteboarding ideas, writing code examples, and jumping on late calls to help a customer.
Profil
- 10+ years in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or enterprise integration, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record helping financial institutions deploy mission-critical systems.
- Proficient in TypeScript (or similar languages) with strong API experience (REST).
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native systems (AWS essential; GCP/IBM/Thales a plus), microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues and delivering under pressure.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
- Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and business threads with clients.
- Excellent doc and demo skills; able to clarify matters for tech and non-tech teams.
- Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and financial workflows strongly preferred.
- Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) a plus; multilingual fluency also valued.

- Salary: 160,000–240,000 USD.
