Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multi-disciplinary evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine. Obesity impacts more than 40% of the US adult population, and although historically only about 1% of patients received medical treatment for their disease, the field of Obesity Medicine is entering a period of rapid growth. Form Health provides high-quality expert care and leverages technology to enhance the patient experience. All Form Health patients work closely with their care team, which includes board certified physicians, advanced practice professionals and Registered Dietitians. Through our proprietary mobile app patients engage in regular video visits, as well as text messaging, photo journaling, digital data transmission, and customized educational materials. Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and results-driven VP of Sales Solutioning & Strategy to join our Commercial leadership team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing innovative commercial strategies, structuring complex sales solutions, and aligning our go-to-market approach with customer business drivers. The ideal candidate blends high-level strategic thinking with tactical, consultative expertise to lead our sales organization through complex, high profile opportunities to expand employer and partner revenue.

What you will do

Enterprise Sales Enablement & Clinical Solutions

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and solutions authority across the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, finalist presentations, RFP responses, and executive pitches
  • Assist in clinical and operational discovery with prospective clients to understand population needs, workflow requirements, and integration considerations, then translate those into structured, feasible solution concepts
  • Address buyer questions and objections related to GLP-1 eligibility, nutrition protocols, outcomes data, implementation risk, and cost management, with the authority of someone who has built and evaluated these programs firsthand
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align clinical use cases, care delivery workflows, and commercial strategy into a cohesive, credible solution narrative
  • Manage and grow key strategic partnerships

RFP & Proposal Excellence

  • Lead clinical and technical content for RFP responses and proposals, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong competitive positioning
  • Ensure the care model is represented accurately and differentiated clearly across all written evaluations
  • Translate consultant and employer feedback into sharper, more effective clinical value messaging over time

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Solution Integrity

  • Translate client-facing solution requirements into clear, actionable inputs for Product, Clinical Operations, and Implementation teams
  • Support structured post-sale handoffs that preserve clinical context and set up implementation teams for success
  • Provide structured feedback on recurring clinical themes, objections, and buyer concerns observed throughout the sales process to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Clinical Strategy & Market Differentiation

  • Partner with executive leadership to connect clinical differentiation and strategic partnerships to company growth priorities
  • Act as the strategic bridge between clinical, commercial, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment, speed, and clarity

Thought Leadership & Industry Presence

  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, consultant forums, and employer events as a recognized authority in GLP-1 cardiometabolic care
  • Develop thought leadership that strengthens trust with consultants, employers, and strategic partners in a crowded and rapidly evolving market

About you

  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive sales consultation leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior strategy, solutioning, or commercial leadership role
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
  • Solutioning Expertise: Extensive experience in consultative selling, solution engineering, or bidding for enterprise-level contracts
  • Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and coaching high-performance sales professionals
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales forecasting, and ROI analysis
  • Communication: Exceptional executive presence, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders

  • A cardiometabolic care model recognized as a market leader, because it's grounded in real nutrition science, operationally credible, and commercially proven
  • Consultant relationships that actively generate and advance the employer pipeline, built on peer-level trust and clinical credibility
