As our Vice President of Product, you will be responsible for translating high-level product strategy into day-to-day execution. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Leadership & Execution
  • Translate the company’s product vision and strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product management organization.
  • Build and mature agile product development teams that are collaborative, iterative, and delivery-focused.
  • Define and track key outcomes and metrics to evaluate the success and impact of products, and use these insights to guide ongoing improvements and prioritization.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to post-launch optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to develop and deliver innovative, outcomes-focused solutions.
  • Work directly with customers to gather feedback, validate product direction, and ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
  • Drive competitive differentiation through thoughtful market analysis and customer engagement.
  • Ensure products are built with compliance, interoperability, and security as first-class citizens (FHIR, HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).
Product Operations & Optimization
  • Implement data-driven product development processes, KPIs, and frameworks to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Establish scalable practices for product planning, prioritization, and feedback loops.
 What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience scaling product teams and portfolios in dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Strong domain expertise in healthcare technology, interoperability, digital health, or related sectors.
  • Experience working with payers or providers in the healthcare system.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and operational execution skills.
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare.
  • Strong preference for Boston-based candidates
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience with payer and provider platforms, EHR integrations, or population health tools.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and user personas in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Background in both B2B SaaS and platform products.
