About the Role:  

As Vice President of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading our product management team in delivering innovative solutions to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and market needs.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company’s vision and goals
  • Lead and mentor a product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements, gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Product Management leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans
  • Deep understanding of product development methodologies, user experience principles, and technology trends
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering impact and driving business growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Compensation, Benefits, & Additional Details:

At Health-E Commerce, our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression.  Final compensation is evaluated on various factors which include but aren’t limited to experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location. 

  • Compensation: $190,000 - $240,000
  • Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 25%
