At GoTo, innovation through practical AI touches every part of our company—not just our technical teams. We embrace intuitive, user-friendly AI-driven tools and creative problem-solving to improve the way we work together and serve our customers. Here, you’ll join a collaborative community that’s always learning, adapting, and leading through change. If you’re eager to build strong relationships and make a meaningful daily impact, GoTo is the place for you.

About the Role

GoTo is looking for a VP of Product to lead LogMeIn Resolve, our IT management and remote support platform trusted by IT teams and MSPs worldwide. This is a high-impact role that combines product strategy with cross-functional leadership to drive commercial outcomes for the business.

Resolve is at a pivotal moment, evolving from a best-in-class remote access tool into a unified endpoint management (UEM) platform, distinguished by agentic AI capabilities and a zero-trust architecture. You'll lead this transformation with conviction — scaling growth efficiently, operating with significant autonomy, and representing Resolve at the executive level across GoTo.

Your Day to Day
  • Define and drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Resolve across RMM, MDM/UEM, remote access & support, helpdesk, ITAM, integrations, and the MSP channel.
  • Lead the agentic AI strategy, positioning Resolve as a category-defining platform for AI-powered IT automation.
  • Identify emerging trends and customer needs to guide product innovation and differentiation.
  • Make prioritization decisions in a resource-constrained environment, balancing execution pace, technical debt, and strategic bets.
  • Lead and grow a 15+ person product management organization across multiple geographies, building agentic AI capability and investing in team development.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver the roadmap and grow pipeline, win rates, and expansion in the mid-upper SMB and MSP segments.
  • Own targets and track performance against plan — including ARR growth, net revenue retention, and bookings — surfacing risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Engage directly with customers and represent Resolve in executive forums, at industry events, and with key partners.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5+ years in a senior director- or VP-level role, ideally with P&L accountability.
  • Experience scaling a B2B SaaS product through growth and change — not just managing a mature product.
  • Background in IT management, endpoint management, or an adjacent enterprise infrastructure category (RMM, UEM, MDM, ITSM).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes such as ARR growth, retention, and pipeline.
  • Experience with AI/agentic product development, including agentic system design.
  • MSP channel experience, with an understanding of the commercial and product dynamics of the managed services market.
  • Comfortable presenting to executive and international audiences; able to work effectively across UK/European and North American time zones.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
