We’re looking for a visionary and execution-oriented VP of Product to lead our mobile app experience from its current foundation to scale. You’ll shape our mobile-first patient experience, drive intelligent automation across our care model, and partner deeply with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, and Design teams to bring to life the most ambitious product we’ve ever built.
This is not a traditional product leadership role. It’s an opportunity to redefine care.
Set the Vision & Strategy- Own and evolve the product strategy for our AI and mobile care platform grounded in our mission and rooted in deep understanding of patient, provider, and business needs.
- Translate Curology’s strategic bets into scalable, consumer-grade mobile and AI-first experiences.
- Define and track KPIs that measure success in patient experience, cost-to-serve, clinical quality, and engagement.
- Drive seamless human-AI collaboration in how we intake, triage, counsel, and treat patients—leveraging LLMs and intelligent automation.
- Design feedback loops and ensure models are rigorously evaluated and continuously improved.
- Champion safety, trust, and medical rigor as first principles in every AI-enabled interaction.
- Lead the product roadmap and execution for Curology’s mobile app—our primary patient touchpoint and home for care.
- Ensure intuitive, high-performance, and emotionally resonant design in collaboration with UX and commercial teams.
- Drive retention, activation, and conversion through a differentiated and delightful experience.
- Lead a team while working shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Data, Design, and Clinical partners.
- Work closely with our CEO and Head of Engineering & Data to shape Curology’s future of care.
- Thrive in ambiguity and prioritize relentlessly across short-term delivery and long-term innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product leadership experience, with 5+ in consumer mobile and/or AI-native platforms.
- Proven success leading 0→1 and 1→n product development in a highly cross-functional setting.
- Deep empathy for users and a strong sense of product intuition—balanced by data and experimentation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and an understanding of how to productize them safely and effectively.
- Exceptional communicator and stakeholder manager who brings clarity and conviction.

Salary Range: $275-300k (placement in range dependent on location and experience)
