Job descriptionWe are seeking a VP of Operations to lead our US Operations organization. This is a high-impact role for a strategic builder. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the operational infrastructure that supports Exodigo’s rapid expansion in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Product ownership: full ownership of project success and high-quality client deliverables
- Process Execution & Oversight: While Day-to-Day execution is led by Project Managers reporting to you, you will maintain a "Control Tower" view. You will support the creation of the systems and dashboards needed to stay informed of all ongoing projects and make high-level decisions to improve delivery, budget management, and scope.
- Operational Architecture & Strategy: Own the "Project Process" You will be responsible for constantly learning, improving, and building the operational procedures from the ground up. You are the architect of our execution model.
- Budget Ownership: Responsible for creating, tracking, and optimizing the annual Operations budget, ensuring ROI and efficient resource allocation across the US team.
- Strategic Sales Partner: Serve as the primary Operations POC for all strategic sales processes. You will represent the operational perspective, ensuring feasibility and providing critical inputs to help close high-stakes deals.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive knowledge sharing and alignment within the Ops organization and across other departments—Product, Sales, HQ (Israel), and Logistics—to ensure a unified and consistent execution strategy.
- Data-Driven Performance: Establish and measure operational KPIs on an ongoing basis. Use data to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and ensure the US team meets its growth targets.
- Must possess a Professional Engineering (PE) License.
- 10+ years of engineering and project management experience in major infrastructure projects (Utilities, Transportation, or Government sectors).
- Experience in a high-growth environment where you had to create processes rather than just follow them.
- Strong background in cost estimating, scheduling, and executing engineering on large-scale projects.
- Ability to work seamlessly with international teams and foster a strong connection with our HQ in Israel.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction, or Technology is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project oversight and client interaction.

Base Salary: $250,000 - $290,000
