Bolt is the checkout, identity, and payments leader powering faster, smarter commerce. Your role at Bolt:

As VP of Marketing at Bolt, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we tell our story to the world. You’ll drive strategic communications, go-to-market execution, and partnership marketing that elevate our brand and accelerate growth. Working cross-functionally with Executives, Sales, Product, and more, you’ll lead initiatives that strengthen our influence in Ecommerce and Fintech, forge meaningful connections with merchants and partners, and position Bolt as the leader in seamless checkout innovation and Fintech Super Apps.

What you will be doing:

  • Execute the marketing strategy and positioning of business milestones, product launches (both B2B and B2C), and insights to advance Bolt’s influence in Ecommerce and retail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, product, account management, and the executive leadership team on lead-generating initiatives.
  • Lead strategic PR/Comms initiatives to amplify Bolt’s brand and executive voice across key announcements and evergreen thought leadership
  • Align with sales on merchant engagement initiatives, such as B2B events and conferences that foster relationships with enterprise merchants.
  • Guide marketers, designers, and freelancers on strategy and creative across social (paid + organic), email, site, search, and content initiatives.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns and co-marketing initiatives that boost consideration amongst prospects and position Bolt as a leader in the checkout space.

What would set you up for success:

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing in the B2B tech sector - Fintech or Ecommerce experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Ecommerce landscape and what resonates with merchants and partners.  
  • Experience working directly with senior executives, sales leaders, external clients, retail merchants, platform partners, and agencies.

Estimated cash compensation for this role is $200,000-220,000 USD, plus equity depending on experience.
