  • Mentor team members to grow their skills and effectiveness in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with prior senior leadership or Head-of-Marketing experience, ideally within a scaling SaaS business ($15M-$30M to $75M+).
  • Campaign Expertise: Proven success in orchestrating full-funnel marketing campaigns, with measurable outcomes in pipeline and bookings.
  • Messaging Acumen: Expertise in developing compelling messaging, including category creation and campaign theme development.
  • Revenue Focus: Strong understanding of marketing’s role in driving bookings and ability to articulate strategies for lead and pipeline management.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and report on key performance metrics, demonstrating ROI and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Communications: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; experienced in representing the company with external stakeholders.
