About the Role

We’re seeking a high-impact, relationship-driven sales executive to lead growth efforts within large multi-specialty provider groups (125+ providers), and MSOs. This role is ideal for a seasoned hunter with deep roots in the provider space—someone who thrives on building trust, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering consultative solutions that drive transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive new business development across multi-specialty practices, with a focus on the Western and Southern U.S. market. Lead cross-sell initiatives and expand IKS’s footprint within existing accounts.

Executive Relationship Building: Engage with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders to understand their strategic priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor, shaping solutions that address revenue cycle, clinical documentation, and value-based care challenges.

Market Intelligence & Positioning: Leverage deep knowledge of the multi-specialty provider landscape to identify high-value targets. Stay ahead of industry trends and inform product strategy with market feedback.

Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—on deals ranging from $2M+. Navigate complex buying groups and influence decision-making across clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Networking & Influence:  Cultivate relationships within the largest multi-specialty groups in the U.S. Attend industry events, leverage existing networks, and build new ones to generate pipeline and brand awareness.

Education

Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree, with an MBA or MHA is preferred.

Qualifications To Spark Success:

10+ years of healthcare sales experience, with a proven track record selling into large multi-specialty practices or health systems nationwide

10+ years experience and deep knowledge with healthcare RCM SaaS and services

Deep understanding of ambulatory and acute care operations, revenue cycle, and clinical workflows

Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders

Experience selling into the Western and Southern U.S. markets preferred

Demonstrated success in consultative, complex sales environments

What Success Looks Like

You’re not just a seller — you’re a builder. You’re the kind of person who knows how to open five doors to get one deal done, who sees change as opportunity, and who understands that growing revenue in healthcare means building trust, value, and vision with every interaction.
