ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Leads execution for a revenue portfolio by identifying and advancing opportunities across corporate partnerships, major gifts and market-based event fundraising, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and consistent performance across markets. 25%
Develops and leads a team of Senior Directors, building leadership capability and ensuring accountability to revenue and engagement goals. 20%
Drives adoption of enterprise strategies, tools, and best practices across markets to ensure consistency and scalability. 20%
Partners with enterprise and market leadership to align priorities, optimize resources, and advance organizational goals. 15%
Builds and maintains executive-level relationships with key donors, corporate partners, and volunteer leaders. 10%
Oversees financial performance, resource allocation, and portfolio optimization to maximize return on investment. 10%
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s
Years of experience: 10+ years of experience leading multimillion-dollar fundraising initiatives, including developing and executing complex, enterprise-level strategic plans. Minimum of 5+ years of people-management experience, including team building, change management, and talent development. Demonstrated experience working with, leading, and developing leadership volunteers, including volunteer recruitment, engagement and stewardship.

Proven ability to lead large, multi-market fundraising portfolios and teams of leaders.
Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to balance local market needs and organizational priorities.
Advanced strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Demonstrated success influencing across functions and driving alignment in a matrixed organization.
Expertise in scaling fundraising strategies and driving consistent performance across markets.
Strong executive-level relationship management skills.
Advanced financial acumen and portfolio management expertise.
Ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and performance.
Excellent communication, leadership presence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and change.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel required including evening and weekend work.

The starting rate is $160,000 to $175,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
