Description

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a strategic and experienced VP Legal to lead our global legal function and compliance strategy. In this role, you will serve as a critical business partner to the executive team, directly support the company’s growth, lead and develop the legal team, and oversee the full spectrum of legal matters across Coralogix’s global entities and international operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the entire legal function at Coralogix, including commercial, corporate, employment, compliance, privacy, and governance matters, while managing and developing the global legal team.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing forward-looking legal and business guidance in a fast-paced, high-growth global SaaS environment.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations with enterprise customers and strategic partners, supporting a high-velocity GTM organization and helping accelerate deal cycles while protecting the company’s interests.
  • Partner closely with the CRO, Sales, Finance, People, and other C-level leaders to ensure legal support is practical, commercial, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Oversee legal matters across Coralogix’s global entities and international presence, including corporate governance, employment-related matters, compliance obligations, and cross-border legal coordination.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance across the company’s global footprint, including corporate, regulatory, privacy, employment, and governance requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management, the Board of Directors, and Board Committees, and lead board and committee governance, corporate secretarial duties, equity plans, and related processes.
  • Manage relationships with external counsel and other advisors globally, ensuring high-quality support and efficient execution.
  • Standardize legal templates, policies, and processes to support scale, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.
  • Lead legal support for strategic initiatives, including financings, M&A, and other corporate transactions.
  • Identify legal and compliance risks proactively and implement practical mitigation plans before they impact the business.
  • Build the legal function into a proactive strategic pillar that enables growth, supports culture, and strengthens the company globally.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of legal experience, including substantial experience in a senior in-house leadership role such as VP Legal, General Counsel, or Legal Director within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing legal teams.
  • Strong experience supporting commercial, corporate, employment, compliance, privacy, and governance matters in multinational organizations.
  • Significant experience negotiating complex enterprise commercial agreements, preferably with large global or strategic customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment and supporting teams that operate at scale.
  • Strong experience partnering with executive leadership and advising Boards of Directors and Board Committees.
  • Experience managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions and working effectively with external counsel where local expertise is required.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, data, observability, or cybersecurity landscape is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in a company operating at a meaningful scale, including enterprise go-to-market complexity; experience in a $100M+ ARR environment is preferred.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to communicate complex legal and business matters clearly to executives, board members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • LL.B. or LL.M. from a strong institution; additional qualifications or bar admissions are an advantage.

Cultural Fit

We’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
