VP, Leadership Development - Enterprise Skills & Learning
As Vice President of Leadership Development at Fidelity, you will lead the design and execution of a strategy that equips leaders at all levels to deliver on Fidelity’s people, operational, and strategic vision. Your work will focus on:
Evaluating flagship programs (NMX and VPX) to scale delivery in a way that is timely, empathetic, and practical—aligned with manager expectations, talent management goals, and firm-wide priorities.
Assessing the current development experience for high-potential senior leaders and aligning it with opportunities identified through talent reviews, Fidelity Forward Leadership Principles, and emerging business needs.
Collaborating with BU HR, Learning and Talent leaders to ensure programs are relevant, empathetic, and actionable.
Leading a team to design and manage program offerings, partnering closely with the Enterprise Learning Design Center of Excellence to shape and execute the development strategy.
Measuring program impact by developing a repeatable data analytics strategy in collaboration with the Talent People Analytics team.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience leading teams and developing strategies in complex business environments. They will be able to demonstrate proven success delivering programs that require cross-functional collaboration to large, diverse audiences. Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success in influence, relationship-building, and co-creation are critical skills underlying success.
The successful candidate will have led teams through the full lifecycle of program design, planning, and implementation, and ideally have knowledge of Fidelity Investments and its business landscape.
Last, the successful candidate knows how to foster alignment and enthusiasm across diverse stakeholder groups with a collaborative, outcome-focused mindset, and will leverage technology to deliver innovative development experiences at the right moment for skill practice, adoption and mastery.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders across the firm to influence, drive, and generate excitement for leadership development programs.
Developing and implementing a unified, scalable framework that enhances team effectiveness across Fidelity’s global footprint.
Partnering with Executive and HR Leadership teams to refine approaches for assessing and developing internal talent.
Using data analytics to tell compelling stories about program effectiveness and the impact of talent on business outcomes.
Embedding inclusive principles into the design of processes and programs and actively supporting Talent and People Partners in workforce development efforts.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
