Position Summary

Audien is looking for a VP of Growth to own our online revenue and profitability, driving full-funnel growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention. You'll set the strategy and lead execution for paid media across the entire business - awareness, acquisition, and retention spanning both online and retail - while owning profitability, product mix, and promotions within online channels.

This role goes beyond channel optimization: you'll build a growth strategy that expands into new audiences and revenue opportunities, manage budget allocation to maximize CAC and LTV, and work closely with product and CX to sharpen every stage of the customer journey, from ad impression to checkout. You'll partner with creative to build feedback loops that improve messaging over time, own the measurement frameworks -  attribution, incrementality, cohort analysis - that guide our decisions, and run an experimentation roadmap that keeps compounding results across channels and funnel stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive Audien’s growth engine, owning online revenue and profitability across acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Own the strategy and execution of paid media across the business, driving awareness, acquisition, and retention across online and retail channels
  • Own profitability, product mix, and promotions in online channels
  • Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that expands into new audiences, channels, and revenue opportunities
  • Develop and manage channel and budget strategy, optimizing investment across platforms to maximize CAC and LTV
  • Optimize the full customer journey, including site experience, landing pages, and checkout, in close partnership with product and CX teams
  • Partner with creative to develop high-performing messaging and establish feedback loops that continuously improve creative output
  • Own measurement and analytics frameworks, including attribution, incrementality, and cohort analysis, to inform strategic decisions
  • Build and prioritize a high-impact experimentation roadmap across channels, audiences, and funnel stages
  • Leverage customer insights and segmentation to inform targeting, messaging, and lifecycle strategies

Required Experience:

  • 10–12+ years of experience leading growth, performance marketing, or revenue functions within DTC and/or omnichannel businesses
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through full-funnel growth strategy in $50M+ revenue businesses
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets with direct accountability for top and bottom line goals
  • Deep expertise across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and analytics, with strong command of CAC, LTV, and payback dynamics
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, data infrastructure, and measurement frameworks (e.g., attribution, MMM, incrementality)
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action, capable of translating data and insights into measurable business impact
