What You Will Do
1. End-to-End Sourcing & Supply Chain Leadership
- Lead Direct and Indirect Sourcing, Supply Chain (Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics), and S2P process ownership
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost control
- Drive integrated planning across demand, supply, inventory, and fulfillment
2. Financial Performance & Value Creation
- Deliver GM% and EBITA improvement through strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
- Lead enterprise-wide cost programs (savings + cost avoidance) while balancing service levels and growth
- Establish sourcing and supply chain as a value driver for revenue growth, not just cost containment
3. Strategy & Execution (OKRs)
- Define and operationalize clear OKRs aligned to business priorities
- Translate high-level strategy into disciplined execution plans with measurable outcomes
- Drive accountability through data, KPIs, and performance management rhythms
4. Manufacturing, Supply Base & Logistics
- Own global supplier strategy, including JDM/ODM partnerships, contract manufacturing, and supplier risk management
- Lead global logistics and distribution strategy, optimizing cost, speed, and resilience
- Ensure continuity of supply in constrained environments while managing working capital effectively
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal/Compliance to align supply strategy with business objectives
- Enable faster product launches, improved customer delivery performance, and optimized portfolio decisions
- Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on supply/demand trade-offs and investment decisions
6. Process & Systems Excellence
- Own and continuously improve Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and supporting systems
- Drive automation, standardization, and scalability across procurement and finance operations
- Ensure strong governance, controls, and compliance across all processes
7. Talent & Culture
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global organization
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; act as a talent magnet and culture champion
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
What You Will Bring
- 12-15+ years of leadership experience in global sourcing, supply chain, and operations
- Proven track record delivering material cost savings and margin expansion (GM% / EBITA impact)
- Deep expertise in manufacturing, supplier management, and global logistics
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution via OKRs
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams
