Lead enterprise sales in revenue cycle management, engaging C-level executives and addressing critical RCM challenges for hospitals and health systems.

For a highly experienced RCM leader, joining IKS is more than a career move; it’s a chance to put your hard-won expertise to work at scale. You’ll bring the lessons of leading or advising complex revenue cycle organizations into an environment where technology, analytics, and human expertise are already proven and award-winning. Instead of battling in isolation against denials, staffing shortages, or margin pressures, you’ll have the platform and resources to drive systemic change across hospitals, health systems, and medical groups nationwide.

At IKS, your voice won’t just be heard; it will help shape the future of care enablement. You’ll engage directly with C-suite leaders, influencing how organizations think about financial resilience and operational excellence. And unlike traditional RCM leadership roles that focus on a single enterprise, here you’ll have the opportunity to scale your impact across dozens of provider enterprises, helping to transform care delivery, unlock growth, and improve patient experiences.
Over time, this role can evolve into dedicated leadership for large enterprise customers acting as a long-term partner to help them succeed financially and operationally, while ensuring they realize the full value of IKS solutions. It’s a chance to redefine the industry while also building enduring client partnerships that shape healthcare’s future.

VP - Enterprise Solutions Partner

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Partner to act as a strategic advisor and solutions expert in high-value enterprise sales opportunities. You will work side-by-side with our Growth and Market Leadership teams to influence the most critical moments of the sales process: from crafting compelling solution narratives, to engaging C-level decision makers, to navigating complex buying groups. You will bring credibility, depth, and clarity to the conversation; helping clients see how our platform drives measurable impact, while also accelerating deal velocity and positioning us as their long-term transformation partner.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the RCM subject matter expert in enterprise sales cycles with hospitals, health systems, and large medical groups.

- Partner with sales leaders to engage C-level executives and user-buyers (VP / Directors of RCM) in conversations that link revenue cycle performance to broader organizational goals.

- Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives, business cases, and presentations that highlight financial, operational, and clinical impact.

- Build strong relationships with both executive decision makers and operational stakeholders across patient access, mid-cycle, and back-office RCM functions.

- Provide expertise on end-to-end RCM processes including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, denials management, collections, and payer collaboration.

- Shape proposals and solution strategies to address hospital and ambulatory RCM challenges such as margin pressures, workforce shortages, digital engagement, and value-based reimbursement.

- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product, solution, and service teams to continually refine our offerings.

- Contribute to deal velocity and revenue growth by building trust and credibility with clients early and often.

- Co-own revenue and conversion goals with the sales teams.

Essential:

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management for hospitals, health systems, and/or large ambulatory groups.

- Hands-on experience in running complex RCM organizations across front-end and patient access, mid-cycle (coding, charge capture, documentation integrity), and back-end (billing, denials, collections).

- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage scale, and deliver measurable improvements in revenue integrity, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

- Deep familiarity with hospital and physician practice economics, payer contracting dynamics, and the financial levers that drive provider performance.

- Strong understanding of RCM technology platforms, automation, and analytics; and how they are applied to real-world challenges like margin pressure, workforce shortages, and payer denials.

- Direct experience working with or presenting to CFOs, COOs, and revenue cycle executives in health systems or large medical groups.

- Exceptional ability to translate operational experience into compelling solution strategies and business cases for clients.

- Track record of driving transformation within provider enterprises, not just incremental improvements.

- Travel requirement 75%

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $175k-$225k. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
