Be the digital heartbeat of the network: Serve as the single point of contact for PGS Site Leaders, orchestrating seamless collaboration and strategic alignment across the entire Digital and Technology organization. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $280,400.00 to $467,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 30.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Education: BA or BS in preferred disciplines: Information Technology, Manufacturing or Business Management. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 20+ years progressive experience leading global organizations
- Experience with large scale / complex global organizations required
- Digital Manufacturing experience required
- Control system automation
- Broad domain expertise across multiple business functions required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Manufacturing site operations including the shop floor
- Experience working in a manufacturing operation strongly preferred.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Travel between primary work location and PGS locations.
