Nimble is looking for a VP of Business Development to bring in critical, big-deal pharmaceutical partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working in business development and consulting roles, and will succeed on a driven, fast-paced startup team. This person will work directly with our CEO and leadership team. 

They will play a meaningful role as they connect with prospective pharmaceutical clients to expand Nimble’s footprint in order to help us achieve our next stage of growth.

You will:

  • Analyze, develop and execute business development goals and action plans
  • Research and contact new potential pharmaceutical clients to establish rapport
  • Identify opportunities to introduce Nimble and its mission to new potential clients and to propose business deals and partnerships
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients
  • Use exceptional negotiation skills to close high-stakes deals

What you bring:

  • Proven track record of success working in a business development role
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA optional
  • 8-10+ years in successful business development strategy during a rapid sales growth period with large life science companies
  • A compassionate and confident approach to selling
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, pivot with shifting priorities and be proactive
