Yondr’s business segments span numerous industries, primarily across education and live events. Yondr supports schools through cell phone-free programs. Our education programs facilitate the successful implementation of phone-free school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and people-centered Vice President of Brand to help shape and grow Yondr’s brand across every aspect of our business. In this role, you’ll define a clear and compelling brand vision and ensure it’s consistently expressed across all customer touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across product, marketing, education, and shows to bring the brand to life in meaningful, engaging ways. The ideal candidate is passionate about building brands that connect on an emotional level, tell powerful stories, and make a lasting impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Brand Strategy
Set and evolve the brand vision, positioning, and voice to reflect who we are and where we’re going.
Ensure the brand shows up consistently and meaningfully across all our business areas, including Education, Shows and Events and Strategic Partnerships.
Tell a Cohesive Story
Oversee creative direction and make sure all brand expressions feel unified and on-brand.
Collaborate with content and design teams to craft campaigns and experiences that resonate with our community.
Work Cross-Functionally
Partner with teams across the company to integrate branding into everything we do, from product development to event programming.
Be a bridge between creative and operational teams to keep brand integrity strong at every stage.
Use Insights to Guide Decisions
Tap into consumer insights, cultural trends, and performance data to inform strategy and drive brand growth.
Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and evolving customer expectations.
10 + years of brand leadership experience
Agency experience- especially in brand strategy or creative development - is highly valued.
Experience in a high-growth start-up or founder-led environment would be beneficial
A mix of strategic thinking and creative sensibility. You know how to balance vision with execution.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
