We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Global Brand Strategy to join the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) and drive the creation of a bold, differentiated and iconic brand.
Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is responsible for crafting and executing a differentiated and enduring brand strategy that increases awareness, drives affinity and elevates our market position globally. You will oversee and champion integrated marketing execution across brand, creative, content strategy, web, sponsorships, and events teams and showcase the Dynatrace value to its customers, raising awareness among our target buyers. You will lead and inspire with no idea being too small or too big.
The ideal candidate has the proven ability to build and scale global brands with measurable business impact. Also required is the ability to lead a team and integrate across marketing as part of our world-class global team. Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy Leadership: Define and operationalize a global brand strategy that drives awareness and differentiation. Own brand architecture, positioning, and support narrative development in alignment with business strategy.
• Creative Vision and Execution: Lead the creative direction of the brand across campaigns, digital, video, and experiential assets. Translate creative strategy into compelling creative that performs across channels and audiences.
• Web Strategy: Own the vision and roadmap for the Dynatrace corporate website as both a brand and demand engine. Ensure the web experience reflects and reinforces the brand at every touchpoint.
• Content Marketing: Drive a global content strategy that builds thought leadership, educates the market, and fuels the funnel.
• Corporate Events: Lead the strategy and creative for Dynatrace flagship events and strategic third-party conferences and events. Guide event design to ensure brand and content alignment, innovation, and business impact.

Minimum Requirements
• 15+ years' experience in developing iconic brands, with at least five years in a senior leadership role - with a track record of utilizing insights, data, and research in brand positioning.
Preferred Requirements
• Portfolio of high-impact brand campaigns that have driven awareness, engagement and customer loyalty.
• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing efforts across multiple teams and channels, ensuring consistency of message and brand impact across the funnel.
• Ability to measure brand and experiences impact.
• Prior experience leading brand strategy at $1B+ enterprise technology companies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
