  • Establish and deepen relationships with decision-makers across customer organizations, including infrastructure, data-center engineering, procurement, operations, sustainability, and finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, finance, legal, and customer-success teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and can be delivered reliably at scale.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, capacity commitments, service-level expectations, supply arrangements, and long-term agreements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, opportunity qualification, and revenue reporting for executive leadership.
  • Develop channel, alliance, and ecosystem relationships that strengthen access to hyperscale opportunities.

  • Represent the company at executive briefings, customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partner engagements.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including enterprise or strategic-account sales.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into AI and Neocloud providers, major data-center operators, or comparable large-scale infrastructure customers.
  • Strong knowledge of the data-center industry, including relevant infrastructure, capacity, deployment, supply-chain, operations, and procurement dynamics.
  • Experience leading complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long timelines and sophisticated commercial requirements.
  • Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and financial acumen.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for executive and operational buyers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer, partner, and internal meetings
  • Experience selling data-center infrastructure to AI & Neocloud clients (preferred)
  • Existing relationships within AI, neocloud, global data-center, and related infrastructure ecosystems (preferred)
  • High EQ and confidence managing both internal and external relationships

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Multiple medical plan options, including 100% company-paid plans.
  • Wellness & Lifestyle Perks: Enjoy free gym memberships, pet insurance, childcare discounts, and more to support your life both in and out of work.
