Through Nimble’s digital pharmacy platform, patients can manage prescriptions, pay, and schedule delivery through a modern, mobile-first experience. With HIPAA-consented engagement channels and proprietary network scale, Nimble helps biopharma brands reach and activate high-intent patients at key moments in their treatment journey.

Nimble Ads is uniquely differentiated in the pharma media space. Nimble serves hyper-targeted, relevant sponsored content to a 100% consented, treating-in-category patient population, at scale and with appropriate frequency.

Nimble is seeking a VP, Agency Sales to scale Nimble Ads, our targeted patient activation media offering for biopharma. This is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for agency-facing revenue growth— building and expanding strategic relationships with pharma advertising agencies and driving Nimble into media plans and ongoing campaign investment. This role collaborates closely with pharma-direct sales to support broader account strategy and drive coordinated growth across priority brands.

As a VP, Agency Sales, you will:

  • Own agency-sourced revenue for Nimble Ads across assigned holding companies and independent agencies
  • Build and execute an agency partnership strategy that increases Nimble’s inclusion in annual planning cycles and in-flight optimizations
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships across each agency, mapping key stakeholders across planning, activation, programmatic, analytics, strategy, and client leadership
  • Lead senior-level agency conversations and present Nimble’s differentiated value as a patient activation media partner
  • Drive deal execution end-to-end: proposal development, pricing, IO/MSA coordination, procurement navigation, and internal approvals
  • Partner closely with Campaign Success, Product, and Analytics to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and deliver outcomes that earn repeat spend
  • Collaborate with pharma-direct sales on account planning, stakeholder mapping, and brand-level growth opportunities
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene
  • Represent Nimble at industry events and in executive-level agency meetings
  •
What Success Looks Like (first 6–12 months):
  • Establish Nimble as a preferred patient activation media partner across priority agency teams
  • Build consistent agency-sourced pipeline and convert it into repeatable campaign volume
  • Increase share-of-wallet within agencies via expansions, renewals, and multi-quarter commitments
  • Create repeatable operating cadence with agencies (partner plans, QBRs, performance reviews)
  • Drive predictable forecasting and a clean, scalable sales process

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in pharma digital advertising / healthcare media, with significant agency-facing sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through agencies and scaling strategic partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the pharma agency ecosystem and buying dynamics across media planning, activation, and measurement
  • Demonstrated success closing and expanding mid-to-large deals (often $250K–$1M+ annualized across multiple campaigns)
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior agency leaders and cross-functional internal teams
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment with high accountability
  •
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Existing relationships across major pharma agency networks and holding companies
  • Experience selling privacy-safe audience solutions, point-of-care media, or patient engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy considerations and regulated advertising workflows
  • Experience building repeatable agency partner motions and playbooks

What's in it for you:

  • High-growth pharma business with strong product-market fit in targeted patient engagement
  • Differentiated asset: the largest independent and specialty pharmacy network delivering unified patient activation solutions for biopharma
  • High ownership role with meaningful upside and the opportunity to shape a scalable agency revenue engine
  • Work with cutting-edge technology that transforms digital patient engagement
  • Make a meaningful impact by helping biopharma brands connect with patients effectively
  • Competitive compensation, performance incentives
  • Medical / Dental / Vision / 401K package that fits your needs
  • Generous Vacation Policy - 15 days of paid vacation in the first year, then increases to 20 days after one year
  • 11 Paid Holidays

At Nimble, we are dedicated to putting patients first and improving pharmacies across America. Join us on this exciting journey!
