About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Voice Compliance Transformation Lead to join our Workplace Technology team. This role is critical in driving the transformation of our voice compliance infrastructure, aligning with one of our top strategic goals for 2025. This position is required to drive the transformation from the existing Voice Compliance toolset (Verba Recording, Nice Recording, Smarsh) to Theta Lake (Transformation of capture, supervision and archiving tools.
This position is expected to develop a strong partnership with business leaders, including having the challenging conversations to ensure the right priorities to deliver expected outcomes and to drive the prioritization and completion of both transformations.
In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to the Product Owner to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within Workplace Technology.
  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for resolution of highly complex and unique challenges. This requires in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Support the product management team in prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and business goals.
  • Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
  • Participate in product launch activities and provide post-launch support.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5+ years of experience using product/project management tools, such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, or MS Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute to collective goals.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
Job Expectations:Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
