Job Title: Visual Project Manager, NA Retail UGG
Reports to: Visual Merchandising Manager, UGG

Location: United States (Remote)

The Role

In partnership with the Visual Merchandising Manager for North America Retail, UGG, and collaborating closely with teams across Global Visual Experience, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Operations, the Visual Project Manager for North America Retail will oversee the execution of multiple concurrent projects. This role ensures the timely, on-budget, and scope-compliant delivery of internal projects for the North America UGG visual experience team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the Visual Merchandising team’s projects and ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives. This includes coordinating communication, maintaining organizational flow, and ensuring accountability among all stakeholders. The role will also involve managing day-to-day tasks to ensure milestones are completed on time and in alignment with project goals.

Your Impact

  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring scalability and measurable outcomes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute key activities on time and within budget
  • Define clear project scopes, specifying necessary deliverables for each initiative
  • Effectively manage workflows, resource allocation, and project requests to ensure timely delivery of VMSD support efforts
  • Prioritize projects based on resource availability and department capacity to maximize impact
  • Create and maintain project calendars and management tools to track progress, identify trends, and drive operational efficiency, profitability, and project quality
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to continuously evaluate and optimize processes and programs
  • Streamline briefing procedures and templates to improve the request process and exceed global directives
  • Identify and address workflow and technology gaps, proposing solutions to enhance resources, processes, and creative output
  • Track project finances to ensure compliance with budgets and project goals
  • Up to 20% travel required

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in the creative industry
  • Proven success in client management and delivering projects on time and within scope
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software systems
  • Skilled in managing and leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Expert in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
  • Meticulous in tracking project details and ensuring high-quality execution
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing project needs
  • Skilled negotiator with vendors and stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management tools and technologies
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

$85,000 - $95,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
