Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Visual Designer is to take a role in developing designs for branding and presentations for digital casino games and Sands Digital Services.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. All Company Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Creative Execution: Use your design expertise to meet project requirements while staying within budget and deadlines.
Brand Consistency: Apply your in-depth understanding of brand guidelines and toolkits to ensure uniform visual representation across all communications.
Project Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
Alignment with Objectives: Ensure that your designs align with business goals, communication strategies, and the project brief.
Innovative Solutions: Use analytical thinking to develop designs that captivate and resonate with our target audience.
Communication & Presentation: Present your ideas and solutions confidently, showcasing strong verbal communication skills.
Collaborative Spirit: Engage in brainstorming sessions and creative explorations, contributing fresh ideas to the team.
Independent & Teamwork: Work independently when required but also collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve the best results.
Illustrative Expertise: Turn rough concepts into polished, visually impactful designs with your strong illustration skills.
Attention to Detail: Proofread your work with precision, ensuring all aspects—spelling, grammar, and syntax—are flawless.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Visual Designer, ideally in an agency or a studio environment.
Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to design challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas and creative concepts.
A collaborative mindset, thriving in team settings and contributing to group creativity.
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
Strong illustration skills, demonstrating your ability to visually communicate ideas and concepts.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to:
Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work remotely as necessary.
Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.
Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
