About the Opportunity
The Department of Applied Psychology in the Bouvé College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University invites applications for a Visiting Professor in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Online and Hybrid programs. This is a one-year position. The programs are based on the Boston (on-line) and Charlotte (hybrid) campuses. We seek candidates who will contribute to the teaching in Northeastern University's graduate ABA programs as well as support students through thesis-equivalent projects. Fostering a culture of respect and belonging for all members of the department is a core value.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
Teach graduate and undergraduate behavior analysis courses in both online and hybrid formats
Chair student thesis equivalent projects
Qualifications:
Qualifications include:
Doctoral degree with a focus in applied behavior analysis
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Strong documented history of training and clinical supervision of students in behavior analysis
Demonstrated effectiveness in online and in-person teaching
Acquire and maintain relevant state licensure for practice
