The Summers Agency is currently seeking an Remote Life & Health Insurance Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated and eager to control their own income and schedule.

What We Offer:
  • Full training and mentorship provided—no experience necessary

  • Assistance with obtaining a Life & Health Insurance license (if unlicensed)

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Licensed Life & Health agents (or willing to become licensed)

  • Individuals seeking part-time or full-time opportunities

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to follow a proven system

  • Coachable, self-driven, and goal-oriented professionals

  • Candidates able to commit at least 12 months to grow their book of business

Income Potential:
  • This is a commission-only opportunity with no cap on earnings

  • Agents working part-time may earn $50,000+ annually

  • Agents working full-time may earn $115,000+ annually

Note: Earnings vary based on individual effort, time invested, client needs, and ability to follow our system. This is not a salaried or hourly position.
