Manatee is a family-first, virtual clinic providing therapy, coaching, and tools to empower modern families. As our (Virtual) Office Manager, you’ll support creating a seamless and supportive experience for our clients and team members-alike.
About the Role:The Virtual Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our telehealth practice. This role spans a variety of administrative and operational areas, including people operations, light reporting, and customer service.
What You’ll Do:- People Operations Support:
- Partner with the Clinical Operations Manager to execute onboarding and offboarding processes (issuing laptop, granting systems access, etc).
- Support payroll, system access, and related employee needs.
- Reporting and Administrative Tasks:
- Support business and clinical operations with reporting and ad-hoc analysis (light)
- Support Clinical Operations Manager in building and maintaining an internal knowledge base for team resources
- Customer and Technical Support:
- Respond to basic client and technical inquiries, escalating as necessary (ex: password reset, adding a new account, etc)
- Assist with troubleshooting minor technical issues
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Familiar with basic office tech (gSuite, Slack, etc) and learning new platforms
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Hours: ~20 hrs / week (will vary and open to increasing/evaluate contract to hire based on performance and company needs)
