We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to management and team members.
The Virtual Assistant will assist with scheduling, correspondence, research, document preparation, online organization, and a variety of day-to-day tasks. This position requires someone who can prioritize assignments, communicate effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and meeting schedules.
- Monitor and organize email correspondence.
- Draft and respond to routine emails when authorized.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate availability.
- Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Maintain digital folders and company records.
- Conduct internet research and compile relevant information.
- Assist with travel planning and reservations when required.
- Create and maintain task lists and project trackers.
- Follow up on pending assignments and deadlines.
- Assist with customer and employee communications.
- Coordinate virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
- Assist with social media or basic content-related administrative tasks when required.
- Enter and maintain information in company systems.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management.
- Assist with special projects and other operational tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous virtual assistant, administrative, customer service, or office experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and online applications.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
