ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Virtual Assistant, you will support managers and teams with a range of administrative tasks, including calendar coordination, email management, document preparation, research, meeting coordination, and maintaining company records.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. You will work with multiple priorities and stakeholders, so good judgment and clear communication are important.

 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and email correspondence

  • Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports

  • Conduct research and summarize key findings

  • Maintain company records, CRM, and project-tracking systems

  • Coordinate schedules and follow up on action items

  • Provide general administrative support to managers and teams

  • Handle confidential information professionally

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of administrative or virtual assistant experience

  • Strong written and verbal English skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable learning new software and systems

  • Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience supporting managers or executives

  • Executive or administrative assistant experience

  • Experience with CRM or project-management platforms

  • Experience coordinating meetings across multiple time zones

  • Basic bookkeeping or invoice-processing knowledge

  • Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or other operational environments

  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills

COMPENSATION

$18–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
