Provide remote administrative support: manage calendars and email, coordinate travel, prepare documents and reports, update databases, conduct research, assist with social media and basic bookkeeping, and perform ad hoc tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
We are seeking an organized, resourceful, and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, technical, and/or creative support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Handle email correspondence, screening, and responses on behalf of executives or clients
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile information as requested
- Manage and update databases, contact lists, and files
- Assist with social media management, content scheduling, or basic marketing tasks (if applicable)
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or expense tracking (if applicable)
- Coordinate with other team members, vendors, or clients as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information
- Complete ad hoc administrative and personal tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- 1+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives or small business owners
- Prior remote work experience
