A Virtual Admin, or Virtual Assistant (VA), provides remote administrative support to businesses, executives, entrepreneurs, or teams. Core Responsibilities
Email & Calendar Management: Inbox triage, schedule meetings, manage calendars across time zones, send invites
Communication: Answer phones/voicemails, draft emails, act as gatekeeper for executives

Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1-3+ years admin, office, or customer service experience. Executive assistant background = higher pay
Tech Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack. Typing 40+ WPM. Familiarity with project tools and CRMs
Soft Skills: Organization, attention to detail, discretion with confidential info, time management, proactive communication
Education: High school diploma minimum. Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred for executive VA roles
Nice to Have: Bookkeeping with QuickBooks, Canva for graphics, basic WordPress, podcast/video editing
