Neo Group is on the lookout for a VIP CRM Manager to join our CRM Team in Minsk, Belarus.

What we want from you:

    • Develop and manage the VIP branding strategy across all active markets;
    • Plan and execute VIP promotional calendars in collaboration with CRM and VIP teams;
    • Ensure all visual and written content is aligned with the brand identity and tailored to each local market;
    • Coordinate branded content creation with the Design team for ongoing and special promotions;
    • Collect and structure all ongoing CRM and Product communications;
    • Create and maintain a communication map in Figma, displaying all touchpoints across channels (emails, banners, in-app messages, Snackbars, modals, etc.);
    • Track and organize campaign status, progress, and ownership clearly for cross-team visibility.
    • Review and evaluate incoming promotion or feature requests from the Product team;
    • Analyze how new initiatives align with current gamification logic, campaign structures, and available resources;
    • Gather and structure information about planned Product promotions to ensure timely campaign execution.
    • Conduct competitor research and content evaluations;
    • Review websites to assess UX, content clarity, and promotional messaging quality;
    • Benchmark against industry practices to propose improvements.
    • Work with cross-functional teams (CRM, VIP, Design, Product, Tech) to define project scopes and delegate tasks effectively;
    • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and promotions;
    • Identify bottlenecks in processes and suggest optimizations.
    • Monitor performance of VIP promotions (engagement, conversion, retention);
    • Adjust future campaigns based on insights and feedback;
    • Provide regular updates to Head of CRM and VP of User Engagement.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., CRM Manager, VIP Promotions Manager, or equivalent);
  • Proven track record of working with VIP clients;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Optimove, FastTrack or similar) and analytics tools;
  • Ability to create effective promotional mechanics and personalized offers;
  • Strong understanding of client segmentation, loyalty programs, and retention metrics;
  • High level of empathy and customer orientation;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and quickly adapt to changes;
  • Creativity and analytical thinking;
  • Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
  • Competence in data tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
