Neo Group is on the lookout for a VIP Coordinator to join our VIP Department.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with VIP and pre-VIP clients via messengers, email, and phone.
- Provide prompt assistance with account-related issues, payments, and promotions.
- Build and maintain a trust-based relationship with clients.
- Resolve conflicts with professionalism and within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with CRM, payments, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or client-oriented teams.
- Native Russian speaker with excellent written communication.
- English: B1 or higher (for understanding internal systems and cross-department communication).
- Strong communication skills — ability to build trust and conduct confident, polite dialogue.
- Basic knowledge of payment methods (bank cards, P2P, cryptocurrency).
- Experience working in CRM/support platforms.
- Stress resilience and ability to work in multitasking mode.
- Willingness to work on a shift schedule.
