Job Description:
V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) is a program run by Business France, a French government agency. It allows young professionals from the European Economic Area to work for a French company outside of France for a limited period. Participants are not Ipsen employees but have a special V.I.E status.
To take part in the program, there are specific eligibility criteria that must be met and will be verified by Business France. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria cannot be part of this program but can apply to other opportunities within Ipsen.

The US oncology Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the creation and development of effective marketing operations and is fully responsible for delivering assigned initiatives with flawless execution.

Main responsibilities
Core activities
Support the oncology marketing teams in the creation of brand strategy and tactics in line with the share of growth and opportunities identified in the patient flow
Lead the implementation of assigned initiatives (optimisation of campaign materials, congress management, affiliates best practice sharing, internal communications, multi-channel) across a broad spectrum of the marketing mix utilising excellent project management skills to achieve project goals.
Work closely with vendors to conceptualize, develop, and execute promotional materials and programs
Identify innovative and compliant mechanisms to engage and provide value to key customers and differentiate Ipsen based on key company and brand strengths
Apply creativity, innovation & out-of-box thinking to enhance the customer experience
Ensure that the brand marketing spend on assigned projects is on target and spent efficiently.
Working with global teams to seek input and drive marketing programmes
Support team track and articulate market performance, trends and developments in order to influence business strategy, identify future risks and opportunities
Optimize the layout and format of presentations for key internal stakeholders to ensure key messages are clear and resonate
Cross Functional collaboration
Ensures strong cross functional engagement and collaboration in the development and implementation of programs
Close cross-functional working with Medical Affairs, Decision Support, HEOR & Market Access and Pricing, multi-channel team
Proactively seeks cross functional teams engagement and the sharing of best practices across the organization
Qualifications
Education / Certifications: Degree-level education, ideally in life sciences or in business studies
Experience:
Experience within marketing and/or pharma industry would be preferable but not essential
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects to deliver results against tight deadlines
Experience working collaboratively with partners, internal and external, including agencies and markets
Digital/omnichannel marketing experience is an asset
Languages: Fluent English is compulsory (written and verbal)
Ethics and compliance:
Complies with Company guidelines and country/industry standards on ethics and compliance
Ensures strong compliance and adherence to all Ipsen SOPs and aligned to the global brand strategy
Acts as a role model for ethical behaviour
