About the Role
We seek a highly creative and technically skilled Video Producer, Studio Manager, and Photographer to join our Creative Services (CS) Group. This high-profile, global role will support and collaborate closely with BBH’s marketing managers and firm leadership to create compelling visual content that drives brand awareness, communicates strategic initiatives, and enhances our firm's presence across internal and external platforms.
Reporting to the Head of Creative Services, you will be a leader in the creative services function and a key part of a 40-person Global Marketing team with members in Boston, London, and Krakow. You’ll also manage external production partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our brand and message.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on creative leader who can balance artistic vision with timely execution on business priorities and who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end production – Plan, produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photography for social media, web, marketing campaigns, events, executive visibility, internal communications, and town halls. For post-production, oversee or execute video editing, audio mixing, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Brand consistency – Ensure all video and photo content aligns with brand guidelines, brand voice, and compliance requirements; create and maintain brand guidelines for video and photography in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
- Creative development – Facilitate brainstorming and conceptualize fresh, engaging video format and style ideas that support key initiatives and elevate the firm’s brand voice; enhance scripts with clarity, tone, and audience in mind. Communicate and collaborate with Creative Director on regular basis for idea generation and production updates.
- Directing and coaching – Direct talent on set, making them feel comfortable, confident, and authentic in front of the camera. Work directly with senior leaders—providing coaching, scripting, and creative direction to help them communicate clearly on camera. Willing to take direction when offered, but comfortable expressing concerns and offering alternatives.
- Photography – Capture high-quality, professional photography for headshots, events, and editorial use. Create a system for sharing images in a timely manner with those photographed and implement a digital asset management (DAM) system in collaboration with the broader CS team.
- Project Management – Actively manage a portfolio of video and photography projects, partnering with business lines, make order of conflicting priorities; managing internal and external resources as priorities evolve. Actively contribute ideas for streamlining marketing process and workflow.
- Vendor management – Identify, source, and manage external vendors on a global basis, including video crews, editors, production houses, and freelancers. Build a stable of ‘go-to’ photo and video resources in Europe, Asia, and the US. Oversee external video shoots as needed.
- Equipment and studio management – Maintain equipment procurement and budgets, maintain sufficient insurance coverage, and oversee physical needs of in-house studio.
Qualifications:
- BFA or BA with formal video / media production / photography training
- 10+ years video production experience, financial services experience required
- Ability to travel for shoots, including NYC at least once per month
- Experience with studio management and proper camera, lighting, and sound operation, as well as ability to lift and operate production rigging, lighting, and camera equipment as needed.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and writing skills and demonstrated ability to coach and direct executives and on-camera talent
- Strong project management skills, including ability to persevere and push through long-range projects, despite short-term interruptions, comfortable working independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Skills – Photoshop, Adobe CC skills, Premiere, After Effect, Final Cut, Audio post experience a plus (Audition, ProTools)
