Video Content Producer

About the Role
We're looking for a Video Content Producer who can own video content from concept to final delivery. You'll lead the creation of engaging video assets across podcasts, social media, product marketing, paid campaigns, events, and brand storytelling while helping establish TaxGPT as the leading AI brand in tax.
This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Leadership to bring creative ideas to life. You'll have the autonomy to build and scale our video program while experimenting with new formats and content strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end video production process, including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery
  • Produce high-quality video content for social media, product launches, paid advertising, webinars, website content, customer stories, and brand campaigns
  • Build and manage TaxGPT's podcast program, including planning, guest coordination, recording, editing, publishing, and content repurposing
  • Develop and maintain a video content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives, product launches, and company priorities
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design teams to create compelling visual stories that support company objectives
  • Analyze content performance and continuously optimize creative strategy based on audience engagement and channel insights

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience producing professional video content in an in-house, agency, or startup environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning the full production lifecycle, from concept development through editing and post-production
  • Proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics tools such as After Effects
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for storytelling, pacing, brand consistency, and visual quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in-office on a hybrid schedule

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience launching or producing a podcast program.
  • Experience creating content for B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, tax, or accounting companies
  • Familiarity with platform-specific video strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other social channels
  • Comfortable directing and appearing on camera
  • Experience using AI-powered creative or video production tools
