TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Vice President of Workday Customer Experience who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
3+ years in a senior leadership role within Information Technology supporting Finance and or Human Resources (Required)
Experience with Human Resources or Financial cloud-based system Workday implementations and or post implementation optimization (Required)
Deep understanding of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial (FINs) systems with the ability to analyze, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements that align with the client’s business objectives (Required)
Prior direct experience as a Workday customer, including participation in at least one full-cycle deployment and a post-deployment customer success or optimization initiative. (Required)
Understanding and exposure to pre-sales, sales, or alliances experience within the Workday Software space (Required)
Exposure to other ERP applications (e.g., ADP, Ultimate, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) (Preferred)
Proven success in managing a variety of relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, with a track record of independent decision-making aligned with organizational goals (Required)
Experience providing enablement or training to internal and external groups, including but not limited to sales, marketing, consulting, or other organizations (Required)
Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering collaborative client relationships
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong leadership and communication skills, verbal, written, and oral. Must be comfortable presenting in front of large or small groups
Strong networking skills. Demonstrated ability to quickly build high trust relationships with potential customers, Workday Sales Representatives and TopBloc Sales Representatives (Required)
Ability to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Analyze, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements that align with the client’s business objectives.
Effectively understanding client needs, challenges, and opportunities, and tailor your advisory services to address their specific needs.
Collaborate closely with TopBloc Sales Team, Workday Sales Team, and Workday Customer and Partner events to support business development efforts.
Contribute as the voice of the customer during sales calls, providing references and insights that enhance the customer experience.
Focus on enhancing the NET Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through effective advisory and support.
Establish and maintain a database of satisfied customer references to strengthen TopBloc’s reputation.
Drive customer satisfaction.
Engage with senior leadership on departmental or company initiatives.
Establish goals, analyze growth, and provide accurate progress reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Utilize product solutions and marketing teams to refine service offerings.
Develop a road map and maintain a strategy for client advisory.
Be an Executive Sponsor for multiple high valued strategic customers during and after their Workday deployments.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Travel frequently includes social engagements over happy hours, dinners and entertainment venues after normal 8 to 5 business hours.

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring salary range is $180,000.00 - $220,000.00.
