We’re hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead business development, close new client partnerships, and help shape the long-term growth strategy of Element Event Group.
- Own and drive net-new revenue generation
- Develop and execute the go-to-market sales strategy
- Build relationships with enterprise decision-makers and marketing leaders
- Close deals across:
- Corporate events & conferences
- Executive dinners & client entertainment
- Corporate events & conferences
This is a remote, startup leadership role designed for an entrepreneurial seller who is excited by upside and ownership.
Compensation Structure
- 100% commission-based earnings with uncapped potential
- Equity participation (up to ~5%) tied to performance, milestones, and vesting
- Significant leadership influence and ability to shape the sales function
