Hurry up! We’ve got a dream to build!

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our global sales organization across new business and expansion revenue streams. This pivotal role will oversee all bookings responsibilities and own the strategic direction and day-to-day management of a high-performing team that spans geographies and products.

You will be at the center of the customer growth engine, partnering closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and other go-to-market functions to ensure we win and expand with every customer we serve.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of ICs and leaders, including the Director of Expansion Sales.
  • Own all new business and expansion bookings metrics – pipeline generation, conversion, and forecast accuracy.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and high performance across the team.
  • Set strategic priorities and execution plans to drive customer penetration and market share growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Pre-Sales leadership to deliver seamless pre-to-post-sale experiences.
  • Hire, coach, and retain world-class sales talent; develop future sales leaders.
  • Create and manage processes and systems that drive repeatable, scalable growth.
  • Report on performance metrics and strategic progress directly to the CRO.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Proven experience in leading and scaling a high-performing B2B sales team, ideally in martech or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive both new business and expansion revenue.
  • Strong operational orientation – excels at setting KPIs, forecasting, and enforcing accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of building from the ground up and adapting fast.
  • Deep customer empathy and a relentless focus on customer value and success.
  • Collaborative leader with cross-functional influence and executive presence.

Reasons to join us:

  • Help build & support the best martech product ever, period.
  • Take advantage of great opportunities for career advancement.
  • Empower big name brands to achieve their marketing goals.
  • Be a part of a growing, remote-first team with employees based in the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and beyond.
  • Thrive in a multi-cultural environment with a values-driven work culture that has been thoughtfully crafted to enable growth and foster inclusion from the very beginning.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
